These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Niyazmandiha website, business directory, reviews, messaging, Community Ads and other services where available.

By creating an account, submitting content or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional policies applicable to the features you use. Where express acceptance is required, you must provide it before accessing the relevant feature.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not create an account or use features requiring acceptance.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Acceptable Use and Content Policy, Reviews Policy, Business Owner and Claim Terms, Community Ads Rules and Moderation, Enforcement and Appeals Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or use features requiring a registered account.

Public visitors may browse available directory content without registration.

By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally capable of accepting these terms.

Account registration may require email verification, confirmation of age eligibility and acceptance of applicable policies.

A declaration of age or verification of an email address does not constitute independent verification of a person’s identity or age.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

We aim to maintain useful and accurate directory information, but listings may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.

The presence of a business listing does not necessarily mean that the business has registered with Niyazmandiha or endorsed its publication.

Users should independently confirm important details before relying on them.

6. Business Listings and Claims

Eligible users may submit business listings or request management access to existing listings.

Claiming a business listing is free of charge.

A successful claim grants management access through the platform. It does not transfer legal ownership of the business or automatically establish independent verification.

Business owners and authorised representatives must keep listing information accurate and comply with the Business Owner and Claim Terms.

We may investigate disputed claims and restrict or revoke management access where justified.

A legitimate business listing may remain publicly available after an owner’s management access ends, subject to applicable law and platform policies.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Eligible registered users may publish reviews and ratings based on genuine, relevant experiences.

Reviews represent the opinions and experiences of their authors, not necessarily those of Alki Labs Ltd.

We do not independently verify every transaction or guarantee the accuracy of every review.

Fake reviews, rating manipulation, undisclosed conflicts of interest and other prohibited review practices are not permitted.

Business owners must not review their own listings.

Reviews are governed by our Reviews Policy.

8. Community Ads

Where available, Community Ads allow eligible individuals to publish notices concerning permitted items, services, requests and opportunities.

Advertisers must be at least 18 years old and complete the required account and contact verification steps.

Community Ads are subject to our Community Ads Rules, including restrictions on prohibited goods, childcare, medical services and hands-on personal care.

Niyazmandiha provides a noticeboard and does not ordinarily participate in agreements or transactions arranged between users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Alki Labs Ltd does not act as the buyer, seller, employer, recruitment agency, payment processor, escrow provider, delivery provider or guarantor of those arrangements.

Nothing in this section excludes obligations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Messaging and Communications

Where messaging is available, eligible users may communicate with businesses through the platform.

Users must not use messaging to:

• Harass or threaten others.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk promotions.
• Commit fraud or impersonate another person.
• Disclose private information unlawfully.
• Circumvent security or moderation controls.
• Engage in other prohibited activities.

Messaging availability depends on feature activation, eligibility and relevant account or listing permissions.

We may restrict messaging access where reasonably necessary for security, safety or policy enforcement.

10. User-Generated Content

You retain any intellectual property rights you lawfully hold in content you submit to Niyazmandiha.

By submitting content, you grant Alki Labs Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical presentation, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the relevant platform services.

This licence also permits reasonable technical processing, content moderation and lawful administration of submitted material.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and grant this licence.

You must not upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

The licence ends when the relevant content is deleted from our active services, except to the extent that continued processing is lawfully necessary, content remains legitimately published under the applicable policies, or copies must be retained for legal, security or backup purposes.

11. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use and Content Policy.

Prohibited activities include:

• Fraud, impersonation and misleading conduct.
• Harassment, threats and unlawful discrimination.
• Spam and platform manipulation.
• Unlawful goods or services.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Unauthorised access or security interference.
• Publication of private personal information without lawful justification.
• Fake reviews and rating manipulation.
• Political campaigning or propaganda prohibited by our content policies.
• Attempts to bypass moderation or account restrictions.

Factual professional information concerning laws, regulations or public services is not prohibited merely because it relates to a political or governmental subject.

12. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review reports, investigate suspected violations and take proportionate enforcement measures.

These may include warnings, content restrictions, removal, suspension of features, revocation of business management access or account termination.

Serious safety, security or legal concerns may justify immediate action.

Automated tools may assist with screening and prioritisation, but ambiguous automated classifications alone will not ordinarily result in permanent account bans.

Paid status does not provide immunity from moderation.

Eligible users may challenge decisions through our Moderation, Enforcement and Appeals Policy.

13. Intellectual Property and Platform Materials

The Niyazmandiha website, its branding, original designs, software, documentation and other platform materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You must not systematically scrape, harvest or extract platform data in a manner that violates applicable law, third-party rights or our reasonable technical and contractual restrictions.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Niyazmandiha’s intellectual property to users.

No paid feature will provide immunity from moderation, guarantee favourable reviews or override applicable platform rules.

Any statutory consumer rights relating to paid services remain unaffected.

16. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable and accessible service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may be modified, suspended or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security incidents, technical limitations, legal requirements or operational changes.

Certain features, including Community Ads, messaging, external maps, advertising or payment services, may be introduced or activated in stages.

Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting users.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

Users may request account deletion through available account or privacy procedures.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where justified by:

Niyazmandiha provides information, discovery tools and communication features.

We take reasonable steps to maintain the platform, but we do not guarantee that every business listing, review, advertisement or user-submitted statement is complete, accurate or reliable.

We do not generally inspect, certify or endorse every business, advertiser, product or service appearing on the platform.

Users should independently assess important information and exercise appropriate care when arranging services or transactions.

These disclaimers do not remove any legal duties that apply to Alki Labs Ltd.

19. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
